What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

Semen Anaylsis report shows,

1) Microscopic Examination- no spermatozoa seen, (Agglutination:Negative, Pus Cells:2-3,Red Blood Cells:Nil,Epithelial Cells:Nil),

2) Physical Examination-Volume:2 Ml,Appearance:Viscid Opaque, Colour:Whitish,Viscosity:Thick,pH:7.5,Duration of Abstinence:4 Days,Liquifaction at 37 C:40 min,

3) Chemical Examiniation-Simon Fructose Qualitative:Positive

Could you please guide me for the treatment

Hello

Your semen analysis suggests azoospermia(absence of sperm in semen).
Few pus cells in semen is acceptable.Pus cells more than 10 in number should be the cause of concern.
Few pus cells may be found due to contamination in genital tract.

Besides proper clinical examination,you need proper investigations for azoospermia.It include routine hemogram,RBS,ultrasound of scrotum,hormone analysis.Biopsy can be done if needed.
Azoospermia can be both obstructive or non-obstructive in nature.
Positive fructose is a normal finding.

Treatment depend upon findings.
